Torque Wrench

In the using process of torque wrench, in order to guarantee the good using of graphite electrodes, the requirements are as follows:

1.The conical nipple's threads has no damage, no dust and impurities;

2.There should have an optimum value for wrenching electrodes, the strength should be neither too strong nor too weak. If the wrenching strength is too strong, the electrodes would twist off easily. If too weak, it might cause electric arc in the joint of electrodes,the joint would be sudden rubefacient, oxidized, pencilling,

and then break off, so properly controlling the wrenching strength is very important.
